Shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the United States. We don't ship outside the US yet.

How long it takes

• Desk mats and mouse pads are printed to order in the US: 2–5 business days to produce, then 3–5 days in transit.
• Setup and homelab gear ships from US warehouses: 1–3 business days to pack, then 3–7 days in transit.

Items in one order can arrive in separate packages. You'll get an email with tracking for each one.

Problems

If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days or a package arrives damaged, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund.
